To provide a comprehensive behavior change package and strengthen HIV/AIDS linkage to care to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS among the in and out of school youth aged 10-24 years.
- Increase the number of Youth and adolescent aged 10-24 years reached with HIV prevention interventions
- Increase the number of adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) reached with HIV prevention programs- defined package of services
1. Demand creation for services among the youth.
2. Education and life-skills for HIV prevention for the youth
3. Enabling environment for Youth to access health services (YFS)
4. Facility strengthening (YFS) through resources and capacity building
5. Strengthening of linkages network
6. Provision of HIV prevention services such as HIV testing services
-Supporting the DHMT by strengthening the YFS facilities to provide services in the 5 GF implementing districts
-Enhancing relationships with other service providers to build a referral network
-Contributing to easy flow and management of data in the districts through the YFS (all data accessible to the DHMT as well as funders)
